Nini advises and litigates on a variety of intellectual property matters, including trademark, design right and copyright issues for a wide range of clients, ranging from household name international blue-chips to domestic start-ups and fashion and luxury brands. She also advises clients on various commercial contracts, including licensing, agency, and distribution agreements. Nini has experience in a wide variety of industries, including media and entertainment, where she has picked up valuable niche expertise in music publishing and collective rights in the course of advising film- and music funds on the protection and acquisition of intellectual property rights. Nini also is a go-to lawyer for IP, tech, and entertainment transactions, particularly where intellectual property is being acquired, sold, or transferred.
To Nini, the more challenging the work, the more she enjoys it. Researching and litigating about complex points of law is one of her strong suits.
