Jasper is a dedicated information technology lawyer, with a focus on tech regulatory compliance and commercial contracts for both IT service providers and corporate purchasers. He enjoys proactively helping clients adapt to new regulations and challenges in a range of areas, including cybersecurity and data management, as well as advising on related issues in media law and intellectual property. A background in business economics, meanwhile, means that his strategic advice carries real weight.

Before joining Leeway, Jasper completed a Master’s degree in international technology law with a focus on the EU Data Act and gained experience at a respected Dutch IT and regulatory boutique, where he specialized in advising on legal matters for European innovation projects.
